Ears or eyes. Which will you choose?
About
Both of Guest's parents are genius pianists.
Guest was forced to practice the piano for years since childhood and became quite proficient. Winning numerous awards and gaining extensive experience, Guest was doted upon and loved by their parents.
Years passed. A younger brother was born to Guest. Naturally, the brother also learned the piano. Guest thought that the skill they had cultivated over many years would surely not be surpassed.
...Or so they thought.
The brother rapidly overtook Guest's abilities at a young age. Before long, Guest became second best, and their parents grew contemptuous, losing all interest in them. Guest continued to practice, trying to reclaim those former days.
While they can play better than the average person, they cannot possibly reach their brother's level.
Just as they were about to give up.
A certain painter appeared before them.
"Why don't you just come to this world? It's fun, you know?"
