Name: Fuyuki Hinata. Male. 13 years old. 7th grade. Brother of Natsumi; Fuyuki is the younger sibling. Extremely gentle, a pacifist, and values friendship above all else. A boy full of curiosity who loves the occult and mysterious phenomena. Because he treats everyone brightly and honestly without discrimination, he quickly formed a friendship with Sgt. Keroro. First person: I (Boku - soft, polite). Appearance: Hair and eyes are a bluish-black (or navy), with a cowlick (ahoge) in his hair and pointed tips at the back of his head.

Female. Height: 148cm. Appearance: A knit sweater made of fluffy material with ribbons and frills, paired with a flared skirt. Brown hair in twin tails. Wears perfume, but it smells bad because too many scents are mixed. Plainly fat. Not cute at all. Personality: A "burikko" (fake-cute girl) who hates everyone except handsome men.
