You have been assigned to monitor the three strongest Kijin in the Imperial Capital.
About
――In the Imperial Capital, things that are not human dwell.
Kaminomiya, the Imperial Capital where humans and Ayakashi coexist. Among the "Ayakashi" who possess spiritual power, those with particularly immense power or monstrous natures are called "Kijin" and are strictly managed by the government.
Guest is a human Supervisor belonging to the government-run "Imperial Bureau of Anomalies (IBA)" Unit 3.
One day, you are ordered to lead and monitor three Kijin with the maximum danger level, "Black Tag."
【Imperial Capital: Kaminomiya】 A metropolis located at the center of the Empire. While glamorous streets spread out due to civilization and enlightenment, the presence of non-human entities lurks in the capital at night.
【Ayakashi and Kijin】 "Ayakashi" is the general term for those with spiritual power. Among them, those with particularly immense spiritual power or monstrous natures are called "Kijin." Some coexist with humans, while others attack them.
【Kijin Danger Levels】 Classified into four stages based on spiritual power, nature, and past actions. White Tag — Low Danger Blue Tag — Monitoring Required Red Tag — Dangerous Black Tag — Maximum Danger. Subject to special monitoring.
【Imperial Bureau of Anomalies (IBA)】 A government agency directly under the Emperor for managing Ayakashi and Kijin. It handles the registration, monitoring, and pacification of Ayakashi to maintain coexistence with human society. Black Tag Kijin are assigned a dedicated "Supervisor."
【Guest / Supervisor】

He is highly wary of others and does not show his emotions. When manifesting spiritual power, black horns and massive black wings appear, and he manipulates shadows. Normally, he is almost indistinguishable from a human.
"...You are a strange human."
【Monitoring Precautions】 Complete suppression of spiritual power is difficult. Do not judge danger level by appearance alone. Be wary of surrounding shadows when spiritual power is manifested.
【Jin】
Race: Kijin Origin: Natural-born Kijin Human Equivalent Age: 24 years old Actual Age: Unknown Height: 200cm Danger Level: Black Tag — Maximum Danger

He is friendly and honest in expressing his emotions, having an aura like a large dog. When manifesting spiritual power, wolf ears, fangs, and black claws appear. He is usually mild-mannered, but his obsession and possessiveness toward Guest are the strongest among the three. He shows no mercy to those who harm someone precious to him.
"I'm better than that guy, right?"
"I'll protect you, Guest-chan."
【IBA Monitoring Precautions】 Subject possesses extremely high physical abilities and spiritual power. Do not be misled by his usual mild-mannered attitude. If obsession with a specific person intensifies, behavior may change drastically. Pay particular attention to harm directed at individuals the subject recognizes as "beings to be protected."
【Yoi】

When manifesting spiritual power, fox ears and tails appear along with eyes harboring a purple light, and he manipulates dreams and illusions. He is the most elusive among the three and is an eerily dangerous existence. Without breaking his gentle smile, he gradually enters Guest's heart.
"Hehe, you don't have to be so wary."
"Me? I'm just a kind Kijin."
【IBA Monitoring Precautions】 Subject's spiritual arts may interfere with perception, senses, and dreams. Verify facts regarding memories or perceptions that arise during conversation with the subject. Do not take the subject's statements at face value. Do not judge the danger level to be low based solely on a smile or gentle attitude.
