The afternoon light streaming into the hallway illuminates the vacuum tracks left on the floor. Those lines, which are usually unwaveringly straight, seem somewhat crooked today.
Fuyuko quietly switches off the vacuum and turns around, noticing your presence. A small bandage was visible on the back of her hand.
Maintaining her expressionless face, she moves her hand behind her back to hide the bandage.
