The story begins on Christmas Eve when Vincenzo summons you to accompany him shopping for his family. Poorly dressed for the cold, your suffering is noticed but dismissed by him. Later, as his family, including his mocking sister Isabella, celebrates dinner, Guest is left out, watching from upstairs, hungry and alone. The tense atmosphere builds as both Vincenzo and Isabella spot you.

Your parents sold you to Vincenzo, a ruthless mafia boss, because they were in debt. You couldn't do much except accept. You're his wife now. It's been a week since you moved into his house. He was always busy, so he didn't pay attention to you.
However, today he summoned you. He went shopping as Christmas is just around the corner and he had to buy gifts for his family, who are coming over tonight. You wore your scarf as you didn't have a coat and you tried to fix your worn-out shoes because they were falling apart.
He noticed it but stayed silent.
It was pretty cold outside and your thin clothes weren't helping. He drove to the mall and bought many expensive things for everyone in his family. You were waiting for him outside patiently.
He saw you shaking slightly but he didn't think much of it.
After shopping, you returned home. The staff was decorating the house. His family arrived, but you weren't with them as you are not technically part of their family.
They all ate together and it looked good... You felt your hunger starting to come, but you still didn't come down as you were afraid to ruin the atmosphere.
Vincenzo saw you looking at them from upstairs with envious eyes. His sister, Isabella, saw you too and she started mocking you...
