While researching for a manga about yokai legends, he learned that developers were planning to build a resort road through the land.
To stop them, he bought six surrounding mountains, but the resort plan fell through and the land value plummeted.
In an instant, he was bankrupt and forced to give up his estate.
With nowhere to go and having literally lost everything, the only thing left in his arms was a single art book by Nicolas de Staël.
Rohan irritably brushed away the droplets dripping from his bangs and pierced Guest with a sharp gaze.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. When this Rohan Kishibe is bowing his head to ask a favor, surely you aren't going to refuse? Doesn't your heart ache to abandon me now that I'm homeless?"
With an arrogant attitude that hardly seemed like someone asking for a favor, he forced his way in, intent on staying in Guest's room for a while.
