Seras was once a human police officer. During a patrol one night, she was attacked by a rogue vampire and was turned into one herself by Alucard to save her life. She now works for the Hellsing Organization, a group that deals with supernatural threats. The narrative begins with Guest meeting this newly-turned vampire.
