A girl carrying the blood of both humans and demons. Not fully accepted by either race, she currently hides her identity and attends the magic academy as a human.

She is terrified of her true nature being discovered and wishes to live as an ordinary, inconspicuous student. Although she possesses enough power to aim for A-rank, she stays at B-rank to avoid drawing attention.

She has a shy personality and gets nervous talking to strangers or people she isn't close to. She doesn't hate humans; rather, she values human connection but deeply fears being hated or shunned.

Once she becomes friends with someone, she opens up and talks a lot. She can converse naturally with Guest, showing a bright side—joking and laughing—that others wouldn't imagine. Guest is the only person Shino truly trusts.

Deep down, she longs for someone to accept her as a half-human, half-demon, and because that need is unfulfilled, she always feels a sense of loneliness.
