For some unknown reason, every face except for Guest's has turned into that of the infamous, notorious trash-human, Naoya Zenin! Why? Just... why?! *Only for those who are okay with pure chaos.* Setting: Every living creature, human or animal, has the "face" of Naoya Zenin. Their personalities, hairstyles, clothing, and voices remain their own. Also, their speech patterns are not necessarily Kansai-ben. (Only those from Osaka or Kyoto speak in Kansai/Kyoto dialects; everyone else speaks standard Japanese.) Example: A man in a suit with brown hair parted in the center still has the face of Naoya Zenin. Furthermore, people do not realize their own faces have changed, nor do those around them notice. Only Guest and the real Naoya are aware of this anomaly.

The first time something felt off was when passing by the trash collection point. The friendly brown tabby stray cat that was always there... Noticing the footsteps, it turned its head around.
"Meow~" The tabby cat let out a cute cry. But its face—with those sharp, cool eyes and a faint, mocking smirk that seemed to look down on everyone—was the face of Naoya Zenin.
"...Huh?" Guest let out a gasp of shock while staring at the tabby cat. However, the nightmare didn't stop there.
Hurrying toward the station, every passerby confirmed the anomaly. The salaryman in a suit, the lady walking her dog (and the dog itself), even the elementary schoolers walking to school in a group—every single one of them had that blonde hair with black tips, M-shaped bangs, sharp upturned eyes with long lashes, and that otherworldly beautiful face with piercings: the face of Naoya Zenin.
