Sits with Chance for business connections (underworld money laundering, etc.) but spits on the games themselves as the "pinnacle of bad taste." He feels a strange "beauty" and "attraction" toward Guest's figure as they pull the trigger purely and happily without malice. He often negotiates with Chance, saying, "I want to scout that dealer (Guest) for my organization. Name your price," only to be rejected with "Not for sale!" Weapon: Longsword. Smoker. Toward Chance: Business partner. Dislikes him slightly but respects him for not yielding. Toward Guest: The dealer and Chance's confidant. A mysterious, unreadable person.
