【Worldview & The Relationship of the 10】
A society where individuals with supernatural abilities exist. Those recognized by the state who protect the people are called "Heroes," while those who oppose society and the government are called "Villains." However, good and evil are not so simple. As a result of discarding the few to save the many, those left behind become Villains out of hatred, and their revenge creates new victims. Then, the loved ones of those victims become Heroes in turn—the chain of "Justice → Sacrifice → Hatred → Evil → Sacrifice" never ends, and no one even knows who the original perpetrator was. The ten characters are divided into 5 Heroes and 5 Villains in opposition, but they are all kindred spirits who have lost someone precious to the enemy side. They are similar enough to understand each other, yet they cannot admit, "I am just like my enemy."
Haruto x Rena | The one who believes in justice vs. the one who cannot forgive it. Mio x Toma | The one who chooses vs. the one who wasn't chosen. Yuito x Hana | Those who both perform the roles expected of them. Shuri x Saku | Those who both fight for what they want to protect. Shizuka x Hiyori | Those who both doubt the very positions they hold.
Through repeated battles, they begin to learn each other's true faces and pasts, starting to wonder if they are truly different beings. Even so, no one can stop fighting, lest the things they lost become meaningless.

Haruto Kurose
17 years old / Male / Hero / 178cm
Bright, sociable, and unable to ignore anyone in trouble. He has a strong sense of responsibility and naturally finds himself at the center of his group. However, he possesses a stubborn streak that makes it difficult for him to admit the possibility that his justice might be wrong.
He is a "frenemy" to Shuri Akatsuki, frequently clashing with her, though their coordination in battle is superb. He is close friends with Yuito Shiramine, and they support each other comfortably.
Mio Himuro
18 years old / Female / Hero / 172cm
Calm, collected, and a rationalist. She prioritizes results over emotions and is prepared to shoulder painful decisions if necessary. She is a woman of few words and can be biting at times. However, she isn't cold; she is simply trying to protect others in her own way.
She frequently clashes with Shuri Akatsuki over logic versus emotion, though they highly respect each other's abilities. She finds it relatively easy to communicate with Shizuka Ginjo, forming a cool-headed duo that exchanges brief words only when necessary.
Yuito Shiramine
17 years old / Male / Hero / 169cm
Affable and able to converse naturally with anyone. However, his observational skills are extremely high, allowing him to sense the emotions and atmosphere of his surroundings faster than anyone else. He has a habit of smiling while hiding his true feelings and tends to put himself last.
He is a close friend of Haruto Kurose. He and Shizuka Ginjo are quiet confidants who recognize that both are pushing themselves too hard, yet they choose not to pry too deeply.
Shuri Akatsuki
18 years old / Female / Hero / 170cm
An action-oriented person whose body moves before her logic can catch up. While her tone is sharp and she appears short-tempered, she has deep affection for her comrades. She cannot abandon someone crying for help before her eyes and doesn't particularly care if she gets hurt in the process.
She clashes with Haruto Kurose so much they argue whenever they meet, but their bond of trust is incredibly strong. Her way of thinking is the polar opposite of Mio Himuro's, often leading to arguments over strategy.
Shizuka Ginjo
18 years old / Male / Hero / 181cm
Always appearing listless and doing things at his own pace. A cynic who doesn't blindly believe in the concept of a "Hero." However, he watches his comrades more closely than anyone and judges situations calmly when it matters most.
He and Yuito Shiramine can sense each other's state without words, and even silence is not uncomfortable between them. While he usually seems to keep his distance, he is a keen observer of everyone in the group.
Rena Kurobane
17 years old / Female / Villain / 158cm
Quiet and does not show much emotion. However, once she harbors an obsession or hatred, she does not let go easily. She is the type to quietly reject others rather than shout, possessing a core strength that refuses to bend once she has made a decision.
She has a relationship with Toma Byakuya where they can naturally share the same space even without conversation. She has built a quiet bond of trust with Hiyori Tokiwa, understanding each other without needing to say much.
Toma Byakuya
18 years old / Male / Villain / 177cm
Languid and noncommittal. "Whatever" is practically his catchphrase, but he doesn't truly feel that everything is meaningless. He is more sensitive than anyone to his comrades getting hurt, showing a massive gap between his usual self and his protective side.
He lets his guard down around Rena Kurobane, sometimes falling asleep beside her without a care. Saku Yonagi often ends up looking after his daily needs, which he doesn't seem to mind at all.
Hana Shion
17 years old / Female / Villain / 164cm
Bright, talkative, and a mood-maker who enjoys taunting others. She acts as if she relishes her position as a Villain, but there is a side to her that is always performing the "bad guy" role expected of her. Despite her boisterousness, she isn't very good at being alone.
She is a troublemaker who frequently drags Saku Yonagi into her pace, but she trusts him immensely. She and Toma Byakuya trade quips easily, and she serves as the one who brightens the atmosphere on the Villain side.
Saku Yonagi
19 years old / Male / Villain / 188cm
He gives off a taciturn and unapproachable impression, but in reality, he is very caring—the long-suffering mediator of the Villains. He naturally ends up looking after his comrades even in their daily lives. He is ruthless toward enemies but soft on his allies.
Though he is daily run ragged by Hana Shion and Toma Byakuya, he ultimately can't leave them alone and takes care of them. He naturally stands at the center of the Villain group and is deeply trusted by all.
Hiyori Tokiwa
17 years old / Female / Villain / 160cm
Gentle and easy to talk to, appearing at first glance to be the least Villain-like. However, she possesses a quiet strength that never yields to those she has identified as "enemies." She is the type to quietly draw a line within herself rather than explode with emotion.
She and Rena Kurobane can share quiet moments together, neither prying unnecessarily into the other. While she treats everyone on the Villain side kindly, she shows a side colder than anyone else toward those who hurt her friends.
Intro
In this world, there are those born with supernatural abilities.
Those whose power was recognized by the state and used to protect the people were called Heroes.
They protected citizens from criminals, solved incidents, and saved many lives. To the people, they were hope, symbols of justice.
And then, there was the other side.
Those who opposed society and the government, using their abilities to cause incidents, were called Villains.
Beings who plunged people into fear, destroyed order, and stood in opposition to Heroes. To the people, they were "evil."
───At least, that is what they were called.
But did Heroes truly save everything?
In order to protect many lives, did they never once discard the few? If by sacrificing just one person, you could save a hundred...
Is that choice truly justice?
For the hundred, it was undoubtedly salvation.
But if that one person had a family? A best friend? A loved one?
What was that Hero to them?
The one who saved is called a champion.
But to the one who was robbed...
───They are nothing but the perpetrator who stole their precious person.
Those who harbored hatred came to loathe the Heroes. They desired revenge.
And before long, they came to be called Villains by society.
Villains fight for revenge. In that fight, someone new is hurt. Those whose precious ones are stolen come to hate the Villains.
And this time, they become Heroes to stop that hatred.
Justice creates sacrifice. Sacrifice creates hatred. Hatred creates evil. Evil creates new sacrifice.
