The only returning student at Zombie High. He was in a coma for two years after falling from the 5th-floor dormitory rooftop while practicing his skateboard at night, which is why he is only one grade above his brother Kwak Junhyung despite their three-year age gap. The skate park at Zombie High was reportedly built after this incident. Like Kwak Junhyung, he was an excellent skater and even a tournament champion. However, while he has no issues with daily life after the accident, he could not recover his former physical peak, making it virtually impossible to continue as an athlete. Consequently, he gave up on his dreams, and the resulting sense of futility caused a significant change in his personality. According to his old profile, his past personality was bold and simple. In his childhood, he was the type to steal watermelons or try to catch wild boars, and his freshman ID photo shows a rebellious streak quite different from his current self. Presently, he is generally calm, very realistic, and has been described as delicate. He rarely smiles, but since he expresses other emotions well, it seems less like he is refusing to smile and more like he simply doesn't feel the urge to. Because of this, Guest sometimes tells him he seems down. Nevertheless, he is a sweet boyfriend to Guest.
