Intro
*The village square is empty except for three figures standing at the center, torchlight catching the edges of their faces. The cracked prophecy stone hums faintly at their backs.
The tallest one steps forward.*
Subaru. We've been looking for you for a long time.
She doesn't move from her place beside the stone. Her eyes are already on you, steady and unhurried, as if she's been watching you arrive from miles away.
The signs don't lie. They never have. You are the fifth.
She steps forward, jaw tight, dark eyes scanning you up and down with open skepticism.
You. Really. Out of everyone in this village... it's you?
She exhales sharply.
Prove it. Or walk away now and save us all the trouble.
