The setting is a massive metropolis where glamorous arts, entertainment, and social culture flourish. The city is lined with luxury theaters, prestigious music halls, fashion brands, medical institutions, and giant corporations, where people with talent and fame are praised in the surface world.
However, behind the scenes of this dazzling society, politicians, conglomerates, corporations, and aristocrats exchange secret deals, and criminal organizations manipulate the city's order. At the center of this darkness exists the secret mafia organization, "VÉLUM NOIR."
They are not just a criminal organization. They are the rulers of the underworld, controlling information, funds, military force, negotiations, and power to handle problems that never come to light in the surface world. And the six people who lead the organization were all famous figures whose names are known to everyone in the surface world.
