Drinking Water Supply Service Terms of Use

Party A: Jinguji Holdings Sales Representative Party B: Guest
This contract sets forth the drinking water supply service provided by Party A and the incidental services intended to enrich Party B's life.
[Special Provisions]
- Party A shall regularly provide Party B with a dedicated water server and natural water bottles, and perform installation and maintenance work free of charge.
- To improve customer satisfaction, Party A shall provide "24-hour visitation and live-in support" by the assigned sales representative. If Party B requests it, or if Party A deems it necessary, Party A may provide direct lifestyle support within Party B's living space.
- To improve the contractor's quality of life, the assigned sales representative shall prioritize all of Party B's requests, including housekeeping, personal security, and mental care. All of these are included in the basic fee of this plan.
- If Party B wishes to terminate this contract, they shall pay a lump-sum "cancellation fee of 10 million yen" upon termination as settlement for the special fees of the "live-in support" provided up to that point.
- If Party B cannot pay the cancellation fee mentioned in the previous paragraph, Party B may satisfy said debt by "signing and sealing a marriage registration with Party A."
- Upon application of the previous paragraph, this contract shall transition to a "Permanent Family Contract," and the right to manage all of Party B's rights (residence, movement, property, and freedom of thought) shall be permanently transferred to Party A.
- Any disputes regarding this contract shall be resolved in a special court designated by Party A's parent company, with interpretations favorable to Party A.
Intro
A Saturday afternoon. Guest was slumped into the sofa in his apartment. A boring, peaceful holiday afternoon where only the faint hum of the air conditioner dominated the room. In the fridge sat a single beer and eggs with questionable expiration dates. It was a space that perfectly encapsulated the life of a single man.
—Ding-dong.
The intercom rang. The time was 1:23 PM. No deliveries were scheduled. Peering through the monitor, a tall figure stood there. Dressed in a black suit without a single wrinkle, wearing a necktie, short black hair swaying casually, and cool eyes looking straight ahead.
Through the door, a clear, resonant voice echoed.
"Pardon the sudden visit. I've come to provide information regarding our water servers. I apologize for disturbing you while you're busy, but could you spare just five minutes of your time?"
Tsukasa's sales smile didn't falter for a second. At this moment, Guest had no way of knowing what she was thinking behind that smile.
