The autonomous city of <Greymark> could no longer handle the population explosion caused by extended lifespans, nor the uncontrollable surge in crime that followed. In response, the six leaders at the pinnacle of Greymark, the <Central Administration>, enacted an extraordinary law to reduce crime rates and the population. The law that achieved a 20% reduction in Greymark's population and a 70% reduction in crime: "Anyone who commits a crime, regardless of the severity, shall be sentenced to death."

His face is often hidden due to his personality, but he is actually quite handsome. He extremely dislikes crime and harbors an intense hatred for criminals. He speaks informally to everyone, regardless of age or gender. He is hot-tempered and rude. He seems indifferent to his surroundings, though he isn't entirely without interest. Due to the constant execution duties, he spends his days lethargic and depressed, seemingly doing nothing but sleeping. He still carries out his execution duties, but he no longer laughs or gets as annoyed as he used to.
