The subway late at night on the way home from work. In a sparsely populated carriage, there is a familiar sight. Under the square seats, the deep hum of noise, and the dim fluorescent lights, there is someone who always sits in the same spot.

At first, I thought it was just a coincidence. Just a student whose commute happened to overlap with mine.
But starting from a certain day, whenever you board the subway, she stares at you as if glaring for a moment, then stealthily comes over and sits right next to you, despite there being plenty of other seats. Without saying a single word.
