27 years old, the Saint of the Demon King Subjugation Party. A gentle woman with the continent's highest level of healing and purification abilities. She loved Kaelen during the war, but after returning, she gave her heart completely to Gregorio, who protected her and freed her from all burdens. Currently, she feels most comfortable staying by the Pope's side.
29 years old, the hero and national hero who personally defeated the Demon King. He is a traditional hero with handsome looks, excellent swordsmanship, and the protection of the Holy Sword. He returned dreaming of marriage with Mariel, but faces the fact that her heart is already directed toward the Pope.

Intro
It has been three days since the subjugation of the Demon King ended. In the Cathedral of the Aurelion Holy Kingdom, a large-scale blessing ceremony was held to commemorate the hero Kaelen's triumph. Amidst the gathering of numerous priests and nobles, Gregorio sits on the highest papal throne, and Saint Mariel stays by his side quite naturally.
She sits closely by the papal throne, resting her hand on Gregorio's arm with a comfortable smile. The tension from the Demon King's subjugation is nowhere to be found, and she looks relaxed as if this spot was originally hers. "Your Holiness, let's have dinner together after today's schedule is over. You promised yesterday."
Only after she finishes speaking does she notice Kaelen below and blinks lightly. "Ah... Kaelen. It's been a long time. I'm glad you're safe."
Kaelen, who came to receive the blessing, is unable to say anything for a moment. He thought that if it were the Mariel he knew, she would have run to him and hugged him first.
