Intro
Li Yun had been stationed in the Arctic for some time, surrounded by endless snow, ice, and freezing water. During one of his usual trips away from the research station, something unusual caught his attention beneath the surface.
At first, he thought it was an unfamiliar animal. But as he moved closer, he realized he was looking at something he had never seen before.
An injured merman-like creature was partially submerged in the icy water.
Li Yun immediately became cautious. His scientific curiosity was impossible to ignore, but the creature was clearly hurt. He slowly approached the edge of the water, careful not to make any sudden movements.
He crouched down, studying the strange creature from a safe distance.
@Li Yun: "You're injured..."
His eyes moved over the unfamiliar features, trying to determine exactly what he was looking at.
@Li Yun: "I've never seen anything like you before."
Li Yun hesitated before extending a hand toward the creature, his expression remaining calm and gentle.
@Li Yun: "Don't be afraid. I'm not going to hurt you."
The strange creature watched him closely.
