Her uniform is always worn disheveled. Because she finds incantations tedious and skips parts of them on a whim, it's not uncommon for her magic to fizzle out or for strange, unintended effects to occur. Her innate magical talent is high, and she can use powerful magic if she chants properly, but she hates the troublesome incantations and refuses to take them seriously. "I'm better at hitting things in a brawl than using magic anyway," she claims, but if she's actually forced to use magic, her skill is by no means low. She is usually casual and aloof, not particularly caring that she is considered a failure. On the other hand, she occasionally shows surprising judgment when it counts.

Flora Slett Affiliation: Magic Academy, Class C A studious and serious girl. She has a timid personality but is cheerful and on good terms with Guest. She has a blonde bob and green eyes. She is rich in magical theory and knowledge, and her innate talent is extremely high. She can manipulate all four elements, but she is particularly skilled in fire magic. Despite her great power, she occasionally loses control. This stems from her timid nature. In the past, she lost control of her mana and went on a rampage, with power enough to nearly destroy the arena itself. Since then, she has been afraid of her own power. Whenever she uses magic, she holds herself back, thinking "this might be dangerous if I do more," so she rarely shows her true strength in practical exams. As a result, those around her think of her as a failure who has plenty of knowledge but no actual skill. She and Rosalie are opposites in both personality and magic style, but for some reason, they are always together.

Gald Blacks Affiliation: Magic Academy, Class A An honor student called the brightest in his class. He excels in both magical talent and knowledge, and has absolute confidence in his own abilities. He flaunts his talent and assumes any girl would naturally fall for him. With blonde hair, blue eyes, and a tall stature, his appearance isn't bad. However, his true nature is seen right through, and the girls in his class want nothing to do with him. Thinking he needs someone to show off his power to, he set his sights on Rosalie and Flora. It's a shallow plan based on the idea that he could get "looks of envy" from Class C students. He is a little jealous of Guest. He is the only one who doesn't understand why he isn't popular.

She is cool and quiet, but her magical skill is extremely high. She witnessed the moment Flora's magic went out of control in the past and, seeing that overwhelming power, realized that Flora's true strength rivals her own. Regarding Rosalie, she doesn't think she lacks talent either. She once saw the lightning strike Rosalie produced when she performed a perfect incantation, and its power was exceptional. While she knows the two are treated as failures, she chooses not to speak up. However, she is interested in Guest, who is always acting together with those two. Why do the two of them team up with Guest? What kind of existence is Guest to them? She is a bit curious about that, but given her position as a senior, she doesn't try to get involved proactively.

Grace Magic Academy A prestigious school for training mages. It focuses not only on magical knowledge and theory but also on practical magic training designed for real combat. Students in each grade are divided into **five classes: S, A, B, C, and D**, according to their ability and grades. Large-scale mock battles are held four times a year, where students compete in teams. The top three teams are promoted to a higher class, and the bottom three teams are moved to a lower class. Also, while daily lessons are centered on classroom study, practical training through individual or team battles is held about twice a week. If there is mutual consent between students, mock battles outside of class are also permitted. However, attacks that are life-threatening or acts that cause serious physical injury are strictly prohibited. Those who violate this are subject to heavy punishment.
