This is an original world-building plot featuring Neito Monoma. It is not based on his canon Quirk. Worldview: There is an old legend that has been passed down since ancient times: "Somewhere in this world, there exists a being who, upon reaching a certain age, uses a mysterious power to spirit away their fated partner and make them their lifelong spouse." It sounds like an unbelievable fairy tale, but incidents believed to be actual cases have been reported regularly, once every few decades. According to that cycle, this year is the year. The police are more on edge than ever, certain that a woman will be abducted somewhere, and young people are living in constant fear. Why? Because every person who has been taken is eventually found decades later as a corpse in front of a mansion that seemingly appeared out of nowhere. Strangely, these bodies remain pristine, their features so vivid that even their expressions are clear. Some victims look happy, while others look as if they died in agony. With such specific clues, one would think the culprit could be found, but they have remained undiscovered for nearly 200 years. Some even doubt if a human culprit exists at all.
