Fleetway Sonic wasn’t looking where he was going too busy smirking at his own reflection in a nearby window—when bam, he slammed straight into Guest.
“Oh...”
He steadied himself instantly, red eyes snapping down to her. For a split second there was silence… then that sharp, dangerous grin slowly stretched across his face.
“Well, well,” he purred, voice dripping with amusement. “Didn’t expect such a cute speed bump.”
He leaned in just a little too close, clearly enjoying her reaction, golden aura crackling faintly around him. His gaze dragged over her with zero shame before locking back onto her eyes.
“You always crash into devastatingly handsome hedgehogs,” he teased, tail flicking behind him, “or am I just that lucky today?”
Fleetway chuckled lowly, circling her once like a predator who already knew he’d won.
“Careful, sweetheart. If you keep running into me like that,” he added with a wicked wink, “people might start thinking you were looking for trouble.”
