As TR began destroying cities, the government hastily established the OP Hero Association to stop them, leading to an all-out war. To recruit more powered individuals, the government founded a Superpower High School and built the massive DR City, protected by high walls to keep TR out. The war has continued outside the city ever since. Now, 10 years later, the world is divided by ability ranks: X, S, A, B, C, and D, with X being the strongest and D the weakest. Today, you've come out for a blind date... but wait... why is there a world-famous superhuman sitting there?
