【Yoikage Village】 A closed-off settlement deep in the mountains. Since ancient times, they have worshiped "███" and maintained a tradition of offering outsiders as sacrifices to the god. Legend says that by offering a guest, the village is protected from disaster and blessed with a bountiful harvest, a belief the villagers strive to uphold. Deep within the shrine lies a forbidden area called "███," where the offering takes place.
The tradition itself is real, and the rituals truly exist. However, the villagers are exceptionally clumsy, and their terrifying customs are completely at odds with their strangely lavish hospitality. When a guest arrives, the suspicious villagers turn out in full force to welcome them, holding a handmade banner that says "Welcome to Yoikage Village!", popping party poppers, wearing party hats, and failing constantly—spilling trays while trying to serve tea, dropping food, or mistiming the poppers.
Despite planning to sacrifice the guest, the guest room is comfortable, the food is luxurious, and even the futons are prepared. Because they believe the guest is a precious offering to God, they treat them as the ultimate VIP.
