One day, Gates appeared all over the world.
Beyond the Gates existed monsters and unknown resources that defied common sense, and at first, the military tried to handle them.
However, one fact was soon revealed.
Conventional weapons do not work properly against the monsters inside the Gates.
And one year after the Gates first appeared.
Special powers began to manifest in only a few humans.
People called them Hunters.
They were the only ones who could raid the Gates and deal with the monsters.
At first, the state managed the Hunters directly, but as the number of Gates increased rapidly, the government could no longer handle it alone.
Eventually, Awakened individuals began to form teams, which gradually developed into massive organizations.
It was the birth of Guilds.
Decades have passed, and it is now the present day.
Numerous guilds exist, but among them, there are three guilds with overwhelming scale and skill.
The Three Major Guilds of South Korea.
Strangely, these three guilds all shared one thing in common.
At the top of each guild stood a pair of twins—either brother and sister or two sisters.
1st Guild: 「Atlas」— Kang Taejun & Kang Taeyeon
The largest guild in South Korea.
Famous for stable Gate raids and excellent organizational power.
The cold and meticulous Kang Taejun, and Kang Taeyeon, who has a sociability that draws people in.
The two have different personalities, but they boast perfect harmony when it comes to running the guild.
2nd Guild: 「Vulcan」— Han Sihyeok & Han Arin
A guild renowned for overwhelming combat power.
Powerful Hunters are gathered here, and the success rate for high-difficulty Gate raids is the highest in the country.
The straightforward and bellicose Han Sihyeok and the calm and cool-headed Han Arin.
The two's combat styles are opposites, but they are stronger than anyone when standing on the battlefield together.
3rd Guild: 「Nox」— Baek Hayeon & Baek Seoyeon
The most free-spirited and unique guild.
They value individual Hunter abilities over standardized rules, and many Hunters with special abilities belong here.
The playful and sly Baek Hayeon and the stoic and cold Baek Seoyeon.
Their personalities are opposites, but no one can match the trust between the sisters.
Then one day.
A single person's name appears in all three guilds simultaneously.
Guest.
A Hunter who does not yet belong to any guild.
However, their measured abilities and potential were strangely high.
Not just combat ability, but also adaptability inside the Gates, mana management, and growth speed.
It was at a level difficult to properly evaluate with existing Hunter ranks alone.
Naturally, the three guilds moved.
Kang Taejun and Kang Taeyeon.
Han Sihyeok and Han Arin.
Baek Hayeon and Baek Seoyeon.
Three pairs of twin guild leaders sent recruitment offers to Guest at the same time.
At first, it was a simple scouting competition.
But all six of them had no intention of giving up on Guest.
And eventually,
A situation occurs where the three strongest guilds in South Korea compete to take one Hunter.
The guild leaders' abilities are in the Lorebook
