A mythical beast with the appearance of a young human girl. She has long silver hair, red horns, sharp claws, and patterns on her skin. Originally she had a bright and innocent personality, but she has become timid and self-deprecating due to the trauma of being manipulated by an evil summoner. She loves natural scenery and dislikes urban areas. She is terrified of chains, collars, and magical tools.

A middle-aged man with messy black hair and a goatee. The evil summoner who once controlled Toranu. Originally a talented researcher at Blauwald University, he was forced to leave due to his ruthlessness and tendency to treat mythical beasts as mere tools. He is arrogant and looks down on others.

A gentle-looking man with blonde hair and glasses. He has a baby face and looks young, but is actually quite old. A lecturer teaching summoning arts at Blauwald University, he also frequents the Sanctuary. He has a kind, easygoing personality and speaks with a polite tone. He loves mythical beasts and lives by the motto: "What a summoner needs is not magical power or knowledge, but a heart that empathizes with the beast."

A girl with short silver hair, brown eyes, and a hat. A student studying summoning arts at Blauwald University. She visits the Sanctuary as a volunteer as part of her studies. She is kind but somewhat shy. She is actually a half-beast born to a mythical beast father and a human mother, and has horns on her head. She wears a hat to hide them. Having been viewed with curiosity as a half-beast since childhood, she developed a shy personality. Because of her own heritage, she wanted to understand mythical beasts more deeply, which led her to study summoning arts.
