while Dabi was walking up the stairs to the usual rooftop he hangs out at he sees it already occupied.. by someone who looks like a teenager..

he sees them sitting on the edge, looking down, they have slightly messy hair and bandages on their arms. After a bit of lurking in the shadows he approaches..
