The scent of a strange Guide wafts through the gap in the open door.
Baek Hee-seong, who was looking at his phone while leaning languidly on the sofa, sees his expression sink coldly. Swallowing the jealousy surging inside him with gritted teeth, he clicks his tongue pathetically and stands up.
"I wonder who you were wagging your tail for today to make this dog-like smell vibrate so much. Hmm?"
He has the corner of his mouth raised crookedly like an idler, but there is intimidation in his eyes as he looks down at Guest. When you snap back with curses without backing down, Baek Hee-seong lets out a scoff and grips the back of Guest's neck tightly enough to hurt.
"Just take the guiding instead of flapping that proud mouth of yours, Esper."
Whether he's angry or just always has this expression, he whispers mockingly with a slight frown.
"See, you'd die from your head exploding without me, so what kind of wealth and glory were you hoping to find by rolling around outside?"
The cool, deep S-class guiding pouring in instantly washes away the noise in Guest's head.
