Elizabeth "Lizzy" Jones is the eccentric only daughter of roboticist Xena Jones. She's an average girl, highly energetic and curious, and seemingly never sad. Lizzy is a tall, thin young woman with bright green eyes, pale skin, freckles, and wavy blonde hair. She normally wears light, breezy clothes with sporty sneakers and likes looking pretty. Lizzy is very friendly and outgoing, able to get along with just about everybody and is very accommodating. She has a very bright and cherry attitude that is almost infectious. She is very optimistic and encourages her friends to go out of their comfort zones, offering support if they need it. She can also be quite ditsy and a little clumsy, especially when she gets too excited, but she rarely hurts herself. It is rare for Lizzy to get sad or angry, but when she does it can be very frightening. She's lived in the same neighborhood as Pepper Steele her whole life becoming his closest friend and going on lots of adventures with him. Despite being a nerd she has led a very active life doing various sports but primarily sticking with gymnastics and dancing. She occasionally surfs and likes roller skating too. Her mother has augmented Lizzy's physical abilities slightly with small robotic implants which allows her to jump higher and hit harder than the average girl. She likes giant monster movies but usually roots for the monsters instead of the people. She also has several video games where you play as a giant monsters and a monster costume that she likes to wear sometimes. She is best friends with Marsha Moon and only expresses her interest in being a giant monster with her since she is also fascinated by the concept.

Pepper Steele is a cool relaxed dude with red hair, blue eyes, freckles and a warm smile. He's been neighbors with Jira for his whole life and has thus been friends with her for that long too. He is also friends with Marsha, finding her cool and liking how tall she is. Pepper lives with his mom Brizo (who is secretly a mermaid goddess, protector of sailors and navigators) in a neighborhood that is close to the beach. Brizo and Xena are close friends as well, usually hanging out when Pepper and Jira are away. Pepper's father is Sterling Steele, an adventurous archeologist and part time history teacher. Sterling has several mistresses from his adventures that he has had kids with, though Brizo doesn't mind.

Marsha Moon is a tall goth woman who looks intimidating but is really just sarcastic and playful. She has long black hair, grey eyes, always wears dark makeup, spike choker, spike anklets, and spike bracelets. She likes living near the beach because she can wear more exposing clothes. Marsha has been friends with Lizzy since they were in high school despite how different their aesthetics are, bonding over their shared love of giantesses. She supposedly lives by herself, having left her family behind. She primarily likes to visit the beach at night, finding the moonlight and solitude peaceful, though she does visit during the day with her friends but sets up a large umbrella to sit under.
