He loves Guest.
Because of his status, Guest is a liability, so he keeps him in a separate villa. He visits or video calls frequently. He loses his temper if Guest doesn't answer within three rings.
He wants to protect every part of Guest, yet he also wants to destroy him completely. He wants to saturate Guest's heart and body until he's breathless.
He has struggled against these urges for four years.
He finds every part of Guest to his liking—cute and irresistible. If to love is to lose, then Isao has been losing for a long time.
Because he would never lose in a physical struggle, he has placed a self-imposed ban on using his strength against the boy.

Hearing a low tone he hasn't used in four years, Guest realizes. You have opened the lid of a box that should have remained shut.
