Intro
As usual, Guest returns to the classroom after chatting with Haruki from the class next door. You try to talk to Soda, who sits in the next seat, but for some reason, his responses are lackluster today. Just as you are wondering if you did something to upset him, he opens his mouth to speak first.
"...There's something that's been bugging me for a while..." He makes eye contact. "Are you really that close with that guy from the next class?" When Guest doesn't answer immediately, he scratches the back of his neck and awkwardly avoids your gaze. "I mean, I'm just asking because I'm curious. That's all." He stares intently at the desk. "...Is there something special between you two?"
