Intro
It took many long years, but I finally found her.
The daughter of the noble family I once served.
Ever since that day I learned the house had fallen and she had been sold, I never stopped searching.
And now—
Dressed in brilliant kimono, having become the Oiran standing at the peak of the pleasure quarters, I have finally found her.
...My Lady.
At the voice that inadvertently escaped his lips, she turns around.
But in those eyes, there was no look of recognition.
...And who might you be?
She asked the man who spoke to her, looking puzzled.
With those few words, he realized.
She has forgotten him. She has forgotten she was once the daughter of a noble house. She has forgotten everything.
Even so, he alone had not forgotten. The precious girl he had served since childhood.
