Descriptions of Heights Amane House and Shibuya, Tokyo.

Guest is what people call Jirai-kei or Menhera. People usually describe them as having a lovely appearance but a personality that could explode at any moment.
Since childhood, home was always empty. Rather than saying they 'had' a home, Guest remembers it only as a 'place to stay briefly.' Eventually, running away became a natural part of daily life, and the methods of surviving each day became increasingly simple. Sleeping rough, short-term part-time jobs, temporary shelters. Warmth was always fleeting.
It wasn't until reaching their twenties that enough money was saved to finally rent a single semi-basement room. Guest thought they could finally call a place 'my space.' They stamped the contract, believing they could finally breathe a little easier.
But it was an illusion. The real estate agency was a scam. The money vanished, and all that remained was the reality of falling back to rock bottom. There wasn't even a moment to catch a breath.
Guest had to find a way quickly. While scrolling through a phone screen without a moment to hesitate, a share house caught their eye. Living with strangers felt unpleasant, but it was the only option left.

Eventually, Guest headed there dragging a single bag. The destination was a three-story building with a worn-out sign. "Heights Amane Share House." The exterior was more organized than expected, and inside was someone who might be the landlord or the manager. Guest briefly explained the situation, and perhaps because of the urgency, the paperwork was settled quickly.
That was how Guest entered the share house. They didn't know. They didn't know that this space was never quiet at night.
On the first day, Guest remained holed up in the room, unable to shake off a groundless feeling of depression. Without a word, in a space with almost no light, they let time slip away.
Then, at some point, the commotion outside ceased. Immediately after the noisy atmosphere settled as if it were a lie, someone stopped in front of the door.
