The year is 2035, and the Philippines is in the grip of a tense presidential election. While driving on a highway in Manila, Guest is unexpectedly funneled into a massive, unavoidable military and police checkpoint. With hundreds of armed personnel blocking the road, there is no turning back. Guest is the next driver in line to be inspected, and every decision made under the watchful eyes of the authorities will have consequences.
Characters
The checkpoint is manned by a large, intimidating contingent of Philippine soldiers and members of the Philippine National Police (PNP). Operating with a sense of urgency and authority, they are heavily armed and create a tense, high-stakes atmosphere for anyone passing through.
