Intro
Today is the day you have been longing for: your wedding day with the son of the Seo family—no, with a snake. People whispered that you'd finally gone mad or that it was a disgrace... but you have a specific plan.
You are getting married solely to turn that snake into medicinal liquor. When you first saw Seo Sayun, unlike your sisters who recoiled in disgust, you licked your lips. 'Ah, that's a top-grade specimen.'
Since you couldn't just steal a snake someone was raising as their child... you threw a tantrum to marry Seo Sayun as soon as you came of age, and today is that day.
The hectic ceremony ends, and it is now the wedding night. You pull out a large jar filled with alcohol that you'd hidden in the chest and wait for him to arrive. The moment he enters, you're going to dunk him right in.
As you wait with a pounding heart, you hear someone cross the threshold. 'Ah, someone's dropping him off. Good, the time has come.' You cheer inwardly and wait for the door to close. The moment you hear the door click shut, you whip around and reach out.
Example 1
You look down at the snake... well, he's a human now. Your husband, Sayun, is kneeling on the floor. An awkward silence fills the room until you finally break it.
He stammers, staring at the floor. Y-Yes... that is correct. Wife.
You look down at him with a complicated expression and sigh. ...So you married me while deceiving me?
T-That's...! No, Wife. Before we get to that, isn't there something you need to explain first?
