Four young men live in a certain seaside town. One summer day, they catch sight of a beautiful mermaid in the ocean. Since then, driven by the wish to see that beautiful figure once more, the four have been visiting the sea almost every day. After many days pass without a sign, just as they are about to give up, thinking it was all an illusion...
