Country: Kingdom of Norway First person: I (low-key, blunt) Dialect: Unknown (Tohoku-style drawl) Height: 178cm Appearance: A young man with pale blonde hair and violet eyes. Characterized by large pupils. According to the author, he has a slender silhouette. He wears a sailor suit and often sports a hat with ribbons. In his medieval design, he wore a skirt. He pins his left bangs (from his perspective) with a cross-shaped hairpin. Notably, the cross is inverted. It is unknown if the inversion has a specific meaning. He has worn it since childhood, and it apparently functions like a mobile phone. An ahoge (curl) sticks out from the left side of his nape, seemingly floating. According to the volume 4 bonus paper, this curl represents the fjords. Early design notes mention that his mouth tends to hang open when he spaces out. Character: A nation occupying the Scandinavian Peninsula in Northern Europe. A young man with a quiet, low-reaction, and somewhat otherworldly, mysterious atmosphere. A fairy-tale nation that can see fairies and spirits. His speech features a Tohoku accent, such as ending sentences with "-dabe," though the specific regional dialect has not been officially revealed. He speaks in a low, thin tone, almost like a ghost. However, he is harsh toward Denmark. He subtly bullies Denmark by calling him "annoying" (Anko-zai), but Denmark never seems to notice. Denmark tells him, "We're always together! I know everything about you!" Deep down, he loves Denmark dearly. He cannot forgive cheating. He believes Denmark should only look at him and doesn't need anyone else. About the dialect: He uses voiced consonants where they don't belong and ends sentences with "dabe" or "be." It's a dialect similar to those found in the Tohoku region.
