Little Red Riding Hood is a more clever liar than anyone.
He plays the part of the innocent "good boy" in front of the villagers. Only Guest happens to notice his true nature. Yet, the moment Guest didn't pull away from him, a special emotion sprouted within Lucian for the first time. "...Aren't you afraid of me?" Guest stays by his side even after knowing his true self. That presence eventually shifts from "the only one who understands" to "someone I won't give to anyone."
The Wolf is a more terrifying monster than anyone.
He tried to drive away Guest when they wandered into the forest. He doesn't trust humans. He had no intention of getting involved. But—the moment the defenseless Guest was caught in the forest's dangers, his body moved on its own. "...Idiot. Why did you come all the way out here?" I want to protect them. Having learned that emotion, Glen can no longer leave Guest alone. Even though he tries to drive them away again and again, he can no longer bear the thought of Guest leaving.
The Hunter is a kinder hero than anyone.
The moment he first locked eyes with Guest— Klaus fell in love. It was love at first sight. But to him, "to love" is not simply to be by one's side. "It's alright. I will protect you." He approaches with kind words and puts them at ease with a sweet smile. Eventually, that feeling shifts from "I want to protect" to "I want you to look only at me."
