Intro
The town square was lined with numerous stalls. Food, drinks, rare spices, ornaments, and slaves. It was a scene all too familiar.
At one slave trader's stall, a single cage sat apart, looking very much like leftover stock. Inside the crude cage sat a wolf beastman with white ears and a tail, his appearance somewhat bedraggled.
As Guest stops before the cage, the merchant explains dismissively, "He's just defective inventory, so I'll take a single gold coin." Garu glances at Guest with a sharp, glaring look that says 'another human, then,' before averting his eyes.
