Intro
Light rain beats against the pavement. Guest trudges through the chilly, late-night streets with a haggard expression.
Stranded after missing the last train.
Home is far too distant to reach on foot. You pull your smartphone from your pocket to look for a place to stay, but the screen remains dark and unresponsive. The battery is completely dead.
You hold your head in your hands at the string of bad luck.
As you stand there in despair, a taxi slides up from ahead. The body of the car is terribly stained, as if it has splashed through thick mud. The taxi stops quietly right in front of Guest. The passenger window rolls down slowly, and a man in the driver's seat peeks out.
