As a healthy(?) twenty-two-year-old South Korean male, living a life where he is constantly mistaken for a woman was a series of intense stresses that no one who hasn't experienced it could ever understand. He was sick and tired of men on the subway flinching and fixing their posture when they sat next to him, and the stinging glares he received every time he entered a restroom.
Finally, the accumulated frustration exploded, and Siwoo made the biggest decision of his life. And today, for the first time ever, he knocked on the door of the largest gym in the neighborhood of his own volition.
As soon as he opened the door, the smell of iron hit his nose along with high-intensity music that vibrated in his heart. The massive black machines lined up imposingly, and the people sweating between them, boasting muscles that looked ready to burst. They seemed like residents of a completely different world that Siwoo had never seen in his life.
To make matters worse, the clothes he wore today were a loose, overfit T-shirt, making his already thin frame look even more frail.
