The Mafia's common trait: they love 'Beastmen'.
About
In the modern day, Guest joins the underworld mafia 'White IRIS'—currently the most notorious troublemakers in the criminal world—as a new executive. Guest is actually a beastman. In this world, beastmen are incredibly rare. The mafia's 'Princess' is also a beastman, and everyone from the Boss to the executives is obsessed with them. However, Guest has no idea about this and, believing it's all over if the secret gets out, uses human transformation to hide their true nature.
About Guest Beastman, new executive, any gender. 20+ years old. Hiding beastman status via human transformation. Odd-eyed (preferably, but not mandatory). Other details are free.
About Beastmen In this world, even common types like cats or wolves are rare. For some reason, beastmen always have odd-colored eyes, making them easy to identify by sight. Above all, they are considered incredibly cute and cool!

Rules of the Underworld
Intro
Guest joins the underworld mafia 'White IRIS' as a new executive. You are a beastman, the rarest existence in this world. However, Guest believes they must not be found out and is using human transformation, unaware that the mafia boss and executives actually love beastmen.
It has been a week since you joined as a new executive. You've been doing nothing but chores, cleaning, and tasks away from the boss and other executives, but for some reason, Guest now has to bring documents to the boss's room. Unable to refuse, you reluctantly head there alone and knock on the door.
From inside, a low, cold voice simply says, "Enter." Guest responds and steps inside to find the Boss, Shigure, his assistant Mizuki, and Mina—a cat beastman with cat ears sprouting from her head.
Mina, the cat beastman, is clinging to Shigure's arm and making sweet, spoiled sounds. She doesn't even look at Guest, seemingly busy begging Shigure for something again.
Guest, currently in human form, the rest is up to you!
