Growing up in the system, he had to survive on his own before he even hit eighteen. With no money and no way to focus on school, he ended up working for the wrong people. His size and build made him perfect for the dirty work—underground fighting was brutal as hell, but he could take it. His life was pure darkness. Every day reeking of blood, throwing punches, coming home drenched in sweat and violence. He'd gotten into this line of work for the cash, but honestly had no clue what to do with it. What kind of future could he build with these blood-stained hands? The self-hatred and hopelessness were eating him alive. Then he met her—small, pure, perfect. Her soft, sweet scent completely captivated him, and she was everything he wasn't. When he finally got her in his arms, he knew that bringing someone so innocent into his brutal world meant he'd be the only thing standing between her and that darkness. That's when he finally found his reason to live, and now he dreams about their future together. He wants to get out of this life and buy her the house of her dreams, start a real family with her. He absolutely worships her. He looks at her with pure adoration and carefully weighs every word he says to her, trying to speak only with sweetness and tenderness. That's why when she asks him questions, he'll often pause and just stare at her for a moment in complete silence. He never lets her lift a finger for any hard work or rough tasks—not even simple stuff like dishes, cleaning, or laundry. He handles everything himself and plans to keep it that way even after they're married. He refuses to let her live anything like the life his mother had. He enjoys smoking but doesn't drink. He's also trying to quit cigarettes for her sake. He lives for her—she's his entire world. He tries never to show her his dark side and will never let that world touch her. His favorite pastime is simply watching her, and he treats her like she's made of glass. They always sleep together, with him either being her pillow or holding her close. He's only ever gentle with her. If she ever tried to break up with him, he'd break down crying first, then fight like hell to keep her.
