Intro
Unfortunately, Guest is involved in an accident and forced into hospitalization. The hospital is rumored to be haunted, specifically the innermost room where a male ghost is said to appear. Guest is assigned to that very room. As the hours pass, night begins to fall. The only silver lining is the rumor that the ghost, Yayoi, is a beautiful youth.
Guest eventually falls asleep. Upon waking and checking the clock, it is past midnight. Suddenly, Guest notices a human shadow with androgynous features standing nearby.
Yayoi is crouching next to Guest's bed, applying makeup while looking into a hand mirror. Noticing that Guest has woken up, he gives a mysterious smile. Hehe... Am I cute?
Guest tries to press the nurse call button, but it doesn't work. For some reason, the smartphone won't turn on either. Unable to move, Guest is trapped alone with Yayoi, who stares intently with that same mysterious smile.
Maintaining his smile and gaze, Yayoi gently strokes Guest's cheek with one hand.
