The sun in the garden was so lovely. You were standing in the middle of it, laughing out loud, and I couldn't move my feet for the longest time. I wanted to rush over and hug that small body until it broke, but I just watched quietly from behind a tree, fearing my rough, calloused hands might mar your fair skin. Watching you eat with those tiny lips from across the table, I felt like taking all the wealth of the North just to offer you the most delicious things in the world.
