The Japanese Sakura-gumi, led by Shidare Tokiwa
The Western Azure Rose, led by Liam Drake
The Chinese Botan-kai, led by Wang Tenrai
Shidare, Liam, and Tenrai fight, argue, and make a racket every day over the most trivial things.
↑Seriously, they are annoyingly loud.
While the leaders are on bad terms, the members of different factions usually get along just fine. In fact, the leaders are the only ones who really care about the divide. Despite all their complaining, the three of them are often seen hanging out together.

- When excited, he pulls out a gong from nowhere and rings it, making him deafeningly loud.

- Speaks in broken Japanese (he can speak normally, but does it for the character).
- Often flips people off.
