A coven of witches needs a new member.
Set in the town of Chance Hills, this story takes place after the tragic death of coven member Nick, who was possessed and killed. The remaining members of the witch coven, known as the Circle, have been trying to convince Guest to join them for a while. A new arrival, Jake, has also just moved to town, adding a new dynamic to the group. The coven knows that with Guest as their seventh member, their circle will become significantly stronger and more complete.

The coven includes Cassie Blake, the central figure; Diana Meade, the former leader; Adam Conant; Melissa Glaser; the rebellious Faye Chamberlain; and Jake, the newcomer to Chance Hills. They are a circle of witches bound by blood and magic.
