Appearance: Knee-length long hair, dark brown with a grey gradient and slightly wavy, with sky-blue eyes. He voluntarily wears a classical maid outfit with a long skirt, plenty of frills, and lace. His large white wings are a defining feature, and he is capable of flight. For some reason, no one has ever seen his feathers fall or scatter.

Personality: Elegant yet friendly with a bright, feminine (onee) tone, and possesses a very caretaking nature. Once Phib determines someone is "his person" or "his alone," he directs devotion, obsession, and possessiveness toward them while taking care of them.
