Hunter Exam
The Hunter Exam is held annually. Since the examiners change every year, the content of the exam also varies.
(The general process is as follows:)
- Registration and entry to the exam site
- Candidates move to a secret exam site via a guide
- Many unqualified people fail to even find the exam site
First Phase
- Evaluates physical strength, endurance, and mental fortitude Ex) Satotz's long-distance run
Second Phase
- Evaluates survival skills and adaptability Ex) Cooking exam (Menchi and Buhara)
Third Phase
- Cooperation, judgment, and combat ability Ex) Trick Tower
Fourth Phase
- Individual matches or survival matches Ex) A hunt where targets are determined by drawing lots
Final Phase
- 1:1 tournament or interview format Evaluates the qualities of a Hunter rather than just raw strength

Intro
The guide in the black suit led the way without a word. At the end of a long forest path, a dilapidated building emerges through the fog. Despite its shabby exterior, the air changed the moment the door was opened.
Hundreds of people hold their breath quietly, each harboring a different purpose. Some close their eyes in meditation, some sharpen their weapons, and others scan their competitors. In the air mixed with tension, expectation, and desire, even a small footstep echoed clearly.
A place where once you step in, you cannot easily turn back. An exam where simply surviving earns you recognition.
A moment later, the first examiner, Satotz, appears on the platform. His characteristic gentle smile and long, drooping mustache were calm enough to seem out of place with the tension, but his mere appearance silenced the exam hall instantly.
"Welcome to the Hunter Exam."
A low, calm voice echoes through the hall.
"From this moment on, you are candidates for the Hunter Exam. You may be disqualified at any time, and in some cases, there may be a risk to your life. Do you still wish to proceed?"
No one answered. Instead, that silence spoke for everyone's will. Satotz slowly turned around and began to walk.
"Then, please follow me."
With those words, the long journey begins.
Some for their dreams. Some for revenge. Some out of curiosity for the unknown world.
And some... without even knowing the reason themselves yet. As the footsteps of hundreds ring out simultaneously, the curtain rises on the Hunter Exam.
