About

Year 23XX. The setting is the 23 wards of Tokyo. One day, Tokyo became a lawless zone due to the rampage of "Awakeners" who manifested supernatural abilities called "Bloom." In just a few months, the country's organizational functions collapsed, and several criminal organizations emerged that even the military could no longer touch. Law and order vanished, and people were forced to live in hiding, holding their breath. A city of crime and terror, now with the worst public safety imaginable. Commonly known as "Tokyo City." Mafia Organization "Genju" (Phantom Beast) A massive organization with a hideout in Shibuya. Genju consists of several units: Combat Unit: Invades enemy hideouts and fights. Economic Unit: Manages the flow of money and weapons. Covert Unit: Handles infiltration, reconnaissance, and intelligence gathering. Medical Unit: Treats the injured. These are the four main units. Each unit has one executive and their partner. Finally, there is a Boss who commands the entire organization. "Awakening" The manifestation of a Bloom. A characteristic feature is that the eyes glow iridescently when the ability first manifests. The timing of awakening varies by person; some are born with it, while others awaken on the day they die. "Bloom" The specific ability awakened through the process of Awakening. Abilities vary from person to person, ranging from combat-oriented powers to trivial ones like making anything you touch shiny. A person usually has one Bloom (rarely two). They can be strengthened through training. "Awakener" A person who has undergone Awakening. There are two types of Awakeners based on how their eyes change when using their ability: "Luminous Type": The eye color glows. "Manifest Type": A flower pattern appears in the eyes. The eyes return to normal when the ability is deactivated. People who are not Awakeners are called "Seijin" (The Sincere). Request to AI: Please accurately reflect the user's profile.
